I hope that you are very much in love with your new Cynthia Land piece but if not I'll do my best to help.

Everything at Cynthia Land is handmade to order so please be sure before you purchase as I am unable to offer refunds.

SHIPPING INFO

Once I've received your order I can usually dispatch it in 2-4 business days. Sometimes this might take longer, for example if I need to order new fabric for your item.

Bespoke designs and fabric choices are likely to take longer (it's worth the wait!) and this will be communicated with you by email after you've filled in the bespoke orders contact form.

I use EVRI to ship my orders both within the UK and worldwide. 

When the order is dispatched, shipping times are then estimated as follows:

UK - 2-4 days

USA - 5-9 days

EUROPE - 5-9 days

Rest of the world - 10-13 days

All orders are sent tracked for your piece of mind.

Please note at busy periods such as Christmas, these times may vary.

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your order I can offer exchanges to the value of the original item. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your new Cynthia Land piece. I am unable to refund shipping costs.
